What happens to your resume

It goes to Caldermont's private Google Drive. It is not published, and we never send it to an employer or a recruiter without asking you first.
For the Open Role Search, we use Claude, an artificial intelligence model made by Anthropic, to read your resume and the postings and to write your weekly report. We review every sign-up before the first report.
For the team, a person reads every submission. Software does not decide.
To stop the reports, reply STOP to any of them. To have your resume and answers deleted, email support@caldermontmanagement.com.
